3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Costumers with residence outside the European Union (EU)

(B) Withdrawal Consequences

In the event of an effective withdrawal the mutually provided goods and services shall be returned and, if so, any benefits attracted (e. g. interest) as well. If you cannot return the received goods and services in total or partially not or only in deteriorated condition, you have to, if so, settle compensation. This does not apply for the disposal of goods, if the deterioration of the goods results solely to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a retail shop. 4. Registration

(2) The customer commits oneself that the registration data (customer data) are correct, updated and complete during the conclusion of the contract.

5. Contract Conclusion

With the final confirmation of the purchase by the customer, the contract between the customer and the operators of the web shop is concluded. 7. Terms of Payment and Value Added Tax (VAT)

(1) Selling prices are displayed below each item description, in the shopping cart and on the final order form. While buying more than one (1) item (download) the total price results as the sum of each single price. The total amount has to be paid in advance and does not contain value added tax (VAT). According to article 21 of the Swiss Federal Law on the VAT tax, the operator is unbinding to VAT.  For this reason VAT must not be displayed.

(2) The customer neither has to pay for any service charge nor commits for any subscription.

(3) www.easy-business-templates.com uses services of third parties, which process the payment transactions (micro and macro payment). The authorized payment provider is described during the ordering process as well as in the information sidebar (information on payment methods). The authorized payment provider rules its own terms and conditions during the payment process.

(4) Downloading of product and service offering is bound to the pay-before-download-principle. Enabling of downloads starts only after successful payment.

8. Terms of Delivery
